My passion for helping others lose weight began several years ago when I had looked up and I had medium size (i.e. size 6-8). Within a two year period I had lost the 40+ pounds I had gained by working out, being more cognizant of my food portions, and eating consistently throughout the day.
My weight gain and weight lost inspired me to open Body And Mind Fitness during the spring of 2008 with the goal of showing men and women that you can change the way you look and feel by adding physical activity and being aware of your food portions.
Body And Mind Fitness specializes in personalized small group fitness training at an affordable price. Body And Mind Fitness offers the following classes: Fitness Boot Camps, Kettlebells, Kickboxing, and Zumba. Classes are offered as early as 6:30 am and then again at 5:30 pm.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified fitness trainer, Zumba Instructor and pursuing a new career in Physical Therapy.
